Do not use. I purchased some spare parts for my Samsung printer in May 2012 from their website. They NEVER posted the item, nor did they ever respond to my emails or phone calls. I lodged a complaint with the ACCC which got me nowhere either. I tried calling them again today and noticed their answering machine message has changed, which indicates to me that they are still operational. What a joke.

I wish I had seen your review before I ordered a part from this company. I had much the same experience in that I never received the goods ordered. I got one response from an email telling me they had sent it but am still waiting for it three weeks later. Not answering emails or their phones.
