Old Fitz Theatre
The only Pub-Theatre in the country. It's theatre as it should be.The Old Fitz Theatre is one of the last remaining Independent theatre venues in Sydney. Opening in 1997, The Old Fitz Theatre has a history of nurturing the talent of Sydney's storytellers and has successfully survived and thrived for nearly 20 years.
The 65 seat space is wholly unique, sacred, and perfect for theatre of anykind.
Red Line Productions formed when Vanessa Wright, Sean Hawkins and Andrew Henry banded together to present Howie The Rookie by Mark O'Rowe as their inaugural production and are now the managers of this legendary venue.
Supporting mainstage and late night shows, Red Line Productions single goal is to facilitate outstanding work in one of Australia's most intimate and magical theatre spaces.
Come down to the Old Fitzroy Hotel, grab a beer, and be transported by some incredible Australian and International stories.
"The Old Fitzroy isn't just a theatre. It's a renowned
stomping ground. A melting pot of masters,
new and old. A shoulder-to-shoulder adventure
for audiences and artists alike. It's alive. It's simmering.
It's theatre as it should be. And I'm so thrilled to be an
ongoing supporter of its stories."
