i work very close to this store and walk past it regularly, decided to go in for a browse to kill some time one day and was greeted with snide looks like i shouldn't be in there if you can call that a greeting! after a few minutes of browsing, unimpressed with how tacky and cheap things looked for rediculous prices they went out of their way (cause they were so busy playing on their phone) to ask " can i help you?!", no thanks just browsing i replied, "ughh" and the same look i got when i walked in was their reply! ...read more
Been in the store a number of times, lovely things inside. However the staff are so rude they can't even be bothered to greet you let alone see if you need any help. It is for this reason only, that I have never made a purchase.!!
That's really unusual. I shop there all the time and I've always had really positive experiences with the staff there. I've always found them to be extremely friendly and helpful??
totally agree with you strater, there paddington store is much the same if not worse! wouldn't surprise me if ashylocal is one of the management in disguise!
I'm not an employee of the shop. I'm sorry you've had bad experiences there but please don't try to discredit my positive feedback. This is meant to be a community where everyone can share their opinions, good and bad.
