Terrible Service - Do not use this venue for your function!
I have never received such despicable service in my life. I meticulously planned a high tea at this venue for 46 ladies, but unfortunately the rude, disorganised and incompetent staff completely ruined our day. I have tried to discuss my frustrations with the manager however they wont even respond to me. To briefly summarise my terrible experience with Olivers:
