Just like to say how impressed we were with the office staff, and service crew, when we had a problem with an Air Con. unit in our Caravan. Communication and service was excellent.

The first staff who was sent to fix the problem was just unable to diagnose, almost electrocuted and ordered the wrong parts. The second time they were clueless and it was only when they consulted with senior experienced person did we get results. I was left to do all the leg work when it came to getting parts sent from interstate. I always had to push to get the job done.I would try somebody else next time.

Very poor service from office staff and inadequately trained service staff, who was abusive to my wife in our home. No follow up on services offered and also lied about services offered.
