Shocking service. Emma in Melbourne was so rude and denied the damage I complained about. The delivery guys even advised me that there were items stored poorly in my storage container and they would complain on my behalf.
I have sent photos of damaged tables, boxes with leaking contents all over them, and a scratched wall and fridge. Still, they flatly deny it and told me it was me. They said "No that did not happen!" It's unbelievable they are still open and operating. I strongly advise you go with another service. I paid a lot of money for packing (10am to 6pm), storage and delivery. Now I need to pay for painting and wall touch ups, try to learn how to repair my fridge, and fix my wall unit. They even refuse to send me an insurance claim form. Its digusting!!!!

TV doesn't work after they delivered it, when emailed they replied with "We transport TVs every day so we know how to place them in the truck."
Wish I had have watched them as now I'm suspecting they carried that TV out in the rain.
Carried material bed out in the pouring rain over their heads without covering it.
When mentioned, they said they would cover it in the truck.
Professional looking website but just another dodgy removal company.
Next time I'm paying extra for Man with a Van or White Glove.
Not worth it.

I wish I read these reviews! Literally the worst ever. My $7000 couch left out in the open with dirt stains on it. Change table broken which I paid $200 for and they’re Saying they’ll cover $40-50 as that what you can get it for second hand!?!!!!! Upstairs and downstairs written on boxes and they were left all over the place, with a toddler to look after, this was the biggest nightmare.

Added $ when they brought a bigger truck which we didn’t need. Used my stressed state to get more $$$ 2.5k from Port Melbourne to Torquay. Took way too long in travel time

Debra in the office was very helpful providing us great customer service and made sure we have the correct truck size.
The guys on the day did a good job, turned up on time and worked hard all day.

Stay away at any cost. Disgraceful service. They turned up hours late on both days, ruined my sons bed and would not remedy.
