These guys do an okay job. We have used them for a while as our Fire advisors to ensure we comply with regulations. They do regular inspections and help out with any issues that may need to be fixed such as paperwork, replacement of fire products etc. I havent dealt with other service providers but I just find that the service is a little average for what you pay (compared to other industries and companies). Maybe I expect to much but when basic details are wrong on paperwork you wonder how much effort they put in to get things right.
