Om Laptop Repair Centre

One of the worst experiences with fixing a laptop I've experienced. Go elsewhere for laptop repair - they charge more than they quote and take far far longer than they quote.

Firstly was quoted between $350 - $400 to repair the laptop. It took THREE months and multiple contacts to repair at which point I was emailed and told it would be $425 in addition to the consultation fee initially for $65 which I was originally told would be included in the total. When I arrive I am told I owe $500. When I dispute this the guy refuses and gets the manager involved which means I finally pay $425 or $490 for a three month repair job. Would not recommend. Would not go back. TRY ELSEWHERE.

I will never go to this place again to get anything fixed..

I paid the $ 65 which is ok
But after that it went bad. It took them a week to find out that it would cost $ 300 to fix it, and after another week more, they find out that they actually could not fix it anyway ..
BUT they still would not pay me my $ 65 dollars back even if they have not done any of what they have received money to do - fix my laptop!!
Got a feeling that they dont know what they are doing, when it takes 2 weeks to find out nothing..
And they could not find my charger (With european plug) when i picked it up, so i got another random one..

To go to OM Laptop Repair Centre have only been a waste of my time and money, which both are very value to me. I'm a traveler and every single dollar and week counts..

I would never recommend anyone to go to this place to repair their laptops.

Very very bad service guys. I went there after seeing some good reviews but totally disappointed. They will say 65 or 76$ for repair once u pay it then they will say that was for only check up and to find problem, to fix it you have to pay more. Even if nothing replaced still u have to pay. They are totally unprofessional . When u go there they takes laptop and take your number and say after looking they will get back to you on the same day but never call u back. You have to call them. My os change from vista to windows 8 took one day and even after that when I reached home my speaker stopped working. I would not recommend definitely.

They are excellent ! The technician repaired my Mac same day at a very very low price.They charge just $75 initially and this price is included in the final amount. I took it to few other places before coming here and they said they cannot do anything they have to change the whole Logic board with a very high price and was also charged a diagnostic fee.Om Laptops did everything for just $350 and my mac is up and running just fine they also provided a 6 months warranty on their service .

Took my laptop here. Charged me upfront 75$ to inspect. Took over a week to reply, not only that my problem couldn't be fixed, but a week later they offered me a "sweet" deal to practically give in my 2011 MBP for a much older model for an extra 400$.

My laptop was then given back to me with only 3 screws holding the back case.

Didn't get 75$ back either, go somewhere else.
