Further to review below after my tiling was completed another plumber was asked to put on mixer he saw the extremely poor plumbing. I rang Sam immediately so he could have a chance to fix problems. He refused.
The pipes protruded so far out of wall that there was a 2cm gap between mixer and wall. The shower rose was not centred and the plastic around the bath drain was not removed prior to installation rendering bath not water proof. Further to this there were deep indentations all over bath surface suggesting that when Zac was swearing, yelling and banging for hours, he intentionally damaged my bath.

I am in process of trying to renovate my bathroom. My tiler asked me to ring a plumber at short notice to hook my new bath up to existing plumbing. On Tap plumbing told me it would cost $80 per hour. Zac came out that day and did the bath plumbing to existing plumbing. After he completed the job he demanded $1200 saying the job was a bit difficult. Subsequent workmen have been shocked saying even a difficult bath hook up to existing plumbing should not have cost more than $500. Zac was bullying both in tone and demeanour. I believe that when he saw I was a pensioner with a disabled daughter and a grand child with cancer he felt I was an easy target. On top of this I was told it was a"shoddy" job. The piped protruded too far from the wall and the wall prep and water proofing around the pipes was substandard !!!!!
