On The MOVE Personal Training
LADIES 6 WEEK BOOTCAMPSON THE MOVE Personal Training is Owned & operated by Stacey. I am a qualified PT, Group Fitness Instructor, PunchFit Boxing Instructor and hold my level 2 first aid cert. I am registered with Physical Activity Australia and insured with JLT Sport insurnace. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years.
I have been running Ladies 6 Week Bootcamps in Pakenham Lakeside for the last 3 years. These bootcamps have been delivering amazing results. I also have a special diet/healthy eating meal plan to help you throughout the 6 weeks I am in the process of setting up a forum for all our bootcampers to communicate with each other & share any new recipes they have.
My Bootcamps are $12 per session & $25 sign up fee.
Session Times:
Monday 6-7pm & 7-8pm
Wednesday 6-7pm & 7-8pm
Saturday 9-10am
(more sessions to come)
Bootcamps include:
Health assesment/weigh & measure X2
Meal plan & nutritional advice
Gym mat - to take to & from sessions

On the MOVE personal training is fantastic for those who dont like the whole "gym" atmosphere. I have never been a massive fan of working out at the gym but Staceys on the MOVE personal training really gets you enthused about shedding some kilos as well as learning plenty of good exercise & health tips.
I would recommend any of the classes, personal training sessions & Boot camps to all family and friends.
Not only is it great for you, it makes you feel fantastic!!!!
