Went to buy a helmut for my son today. Never had a ruder arrogant shop assistmant. I hasked some questions as I wanted to make sure it was the right helmut for my son. He told me "its not rocket science it just sits on your head" I tried to make it clear I wanted a good product - he then swoar at me in front of my son and asked me to leave the store - I was polite, did not raise my voice or swear. I believe I have a right to ask questions about a product I want to buy. He doesnt have a right to treat customers like this - I definately would not buy anything from this shop.
Regarding the above comment.
The staff member involved was promptly stood down the next day after this incident.
Totally un called for. For the record we apologise sincerly
