Once Only Roofing

I have had the samething as Dee1958. This group of tradesman is terrible, after I paid the full payment to TERRY the owner of the business, later on he didn't come back to complete the job.
They left the broken tiles, nails and pieces of timber everywhere.
His untrained workers has made a big part of the ceiling was falling down while they're working.
I hired a bin and clean up the rubbish. TERRIBLE.

My pensioner aunt hired this company for some roofing and guttering repairs at her home. The owner of the business, Terry, was initially very friendly and communicative. The business sent two young men to carry out the work unsupervised.
Despite the contractor advising the roof was unstable due to rotten timber, the workers were on the roof without a harness, catch platforms or guard rails (a breach of the OH&S Regulations). Thankfully, no one fell.
The guttering replacement has resulted in a massive leak - water cascading over and through gaps in the joints causing a slippery patch on the path below and eventual damage to the fascia . ...read more

Just a big thankyou for a professional group of tradesman who built a verandah and roof far beyond my expectations. I'm constantly going outside to admire their workmanship. I would highly recommend this Company from a very satisfied client.

My 40 year old roof looks like new and it is also no longer leaking the guys were very good very tidy and clean and finish on on schedule .
