Horrible customer service. After several attempts at contacting them regarding an urgent purchase I finally reach someone and according to them, my order isn't coming, their system has had glitches and their website is magically disabled to accept discounts they sent. The worst part really is that there isn't a hint of genuine concern nor an apology about the inconvenience of using their site. There are many other businesses out there mo deserving. Stay away.
