One Stop Moving Shop

This company moved me last week, I have absolute praise for the friendly and proffessional way that they went about there business. The staff were friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They werent quite the cheapest but they offered the best service and were flexible with my needs.(I was having settlement delays) I would highly recommend the one stop moving shop and will definitely use them again..

Jan 2010. Overcharged after quote and job completed. Talked with chief removalist- agreed and said would talk to boss. Boss wanted to go ahead with inflated fee and tried to talk me into why the fee was higher than quoted. 2 stories conflicted so I called the chief again and he said he'd sort it out personally. I rang back (i've had to every time) and i was told the refund ($80) would be actioned the next morning. I've rung back almost every month since and that was 4 months ago. I've talked to the chief who has now left the business and the boss who keeps on telling me to remind him and also instructed me to email him. When I asked his email address he directed me to their website that has a form for you to complete. It does not give you an address. I emailed and again nothing. That was weeks ago.
