Bought a recliner couch from Lindsay & Geoff at the this shop. Took a couple of months for the couch to arrive from Asia, no problem as they made that clear from the first conversation.
Couch arrived, had an issue with delivery truck not delivering on the day for what ever reason. Wife sat around waiting all afternoon whilst I was at work...a simple call from the delivery driver or the store would of sufficed saying that they couldnt make it. Not until I phoned at 430 in the afternoon, did the guys at the shop say that it wouldnt be delivered. Communication could be improved.
Couch was slightly damaged after being unpacked, the guys at the store were professional and arranged for a replacement.
Did not pay for delivery after the mix up.
Guys did thier best to make up for the initial confusion and delays, at all times I believe they had the best intentions and kept it professional.
Would not go back. Got my bed and there was a huge scratch on the outside of the foot of the bed. Bruise we're there words so they had to send it back. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything not even a curtosy call to say what's happening . I ordered it in November and its now feburary. 3 months. Now the rest of the bed has had to sit in my room for 2 weeks and I can't even use it. Very disappointing! Not good enough.
Hi, I bought a tallboy from there it was damaged.When I rang up I was spoken to very rudely.When I returned it to the store the management would not give me a full refund (-20%). I have spoken to Dept Fair Trading It is against the law no to give a full refund. Would not recomend this store to anyone. Good Luck with your Bed
