Eddie has been a Personal Trainer for 12 years, and has been involved in Health and Fitness for over 35 years.
Working from his Home Gym he works One on One with clients, tailoring workouts to best suit their needs, whether getting stronger, loosing weight, or improving general overall fitness.
Eddie is also willing to travel to your home if you have your own equipment.

I started physical training with Eddie as I wanted to increase my running fitness to gain a higher score on the beep (sprint) test for the army.

Over several months, training a couple of times a week, I noticed my fitness, strength and motivation vastly improved.

I also changed from being a person who hated running and couldn't jog for 5 minutes around the block to really enjoying working out, now miss it if I don't do it.

Eddie also given me a personal hand weights routine tailor-made to suit my needs which fits easily into my busy routine. It's designed to help me tone and strengthen particular areas of my body and increase overall fitness.

I'm 50 years old and have never felt happier or healthier!

I have been trying to get fit for the last four years but every time I started making progress I would get a set back - chest infection, snapped calf muscle, torn rotator cuff, knee injury, broken wrist. I realised that I needed to try something different, something that was more taylored specifically to my body and my requirements, and Eddie has done just that. I was only a month post surgery when I started working out with him - two sessions a week, one in the gym and one doing H.I.T. I began by using very light weights and as my wrist has strengthened, I have made steady progress onto more heavy ones, a mixed routine of cardio and core strengthening. Eddie adapted and varied routines to minimise aggravating my injury, and the wrist is continuing to improve. My core is getting stronger, I am getting stronger, and with every session I can actually see I am improving, but if Eddie feels I am trying to "push through" he will rein me back in and sometimes I need that! ...read more
