I can't recommend them. When things got difficult, I was treated as if I was someone they had never met before.
Yes, My experience is that they just want to sell quickly to get their commision. Took no interest in promoting the house. They seem to work by accepting the price a buyer suggests. What training does that take?
The team at Onehome are amazing, we were on the market with another agent for 6 weeks with no result, not even one inspection ! We changed over to Onehome and with 8 days we had 3 written offers. We sold our home for a higher price than we advertised with the first agent !! I believe Onehome's skill and understanding of marketing homes played a big part in the great result.
