I am extremely surprised by these two comments. Late last year I approached this company to manage the liquidation of my property portfolio, and to assist in other matters. At all times I not only found the Proprietor and her staff to be the utmost of professionalism and courtesy, but was it not for the foresight of the Proprietor, I could have lost a significant amount of money.I can only rate Online Conveyancing as being the best I have experienced to date, and I have 'been through' a few, believe me!

Possibly the worst customer service i have ever experienced. They made the mistake, then have the gall to tell me they are going to charge me an additional fee to fix it???

We were really disappointed with the service from online conveyancing (Vic) Lilydale. We had to pursue them and we were the customer and they made a mistake that cost us. On settlement date everything went smoothly thanks to a change of staff assigned to us.
