Absolute disaster! I have never seen such poor 'rose' quality in my life. The rose arrangement was utterly pathetic, to create this '$100 plus' rose arrangement delivery for my mother's birthday, & to top it off they delivered the roses to the verandah & left them in the sun for only god knows how long without ringing the door bell! This is a bad service & I will be taking this issue to the accc.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Total rubbish. 1/show cheap prices but then increase hidden delivery charge. 2/ website is poor (I had to get on-line assistance to register) 3/ although I actually placed the order with the on-line support person and they checked everything was OK 10 hours later I got an email saying they do not deliver same day flowers to Hospitals?? even though the support person had confirmed delivery during the order placement. 4/ suspecting it was too late to organise with anyone else I contacted their on-line support again but they not only refused to do anything they were rude and ignored me. I had to force them to respond by continually clicking on the help request button.
In short avoid them. they have no concept of customer service and you wil waste more time than it is worth trying to take advantage of what appears to be a cheap price.
Use Value Flowers or ANYONE else.
