Hello everyone, so I purchased some spare parts for my car from onlineautoparts. I pain the premium price for fast delivery. They were shipped via Aramex to me. They arrived in Sydney on Saturday 28 November at 10:25 PM. As I write this (Wednesday 2nd December), my shipment is still sitting at the Aramex depot in Chullora. I have made repeated calls and sent emails to onlineautoparts, and the response is the same. "I have just spoke with Aramex Sydney, and they have indicated that they are hoping to have this parcel delivered tomorrow" I don't know how much of this problem is directly theirs, but I feel , they have not done enough from a customer support perspective. Meanwhile, I am without a car. At the very least I would stear clear of using Aramex. They are the second best couriers in Australia. Everyone is better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
