If you would like to order your carpets with a company who fails to deliver your carpets three times (Twice without warning so two days off work.) With rubbish customer service this is your company - otherwise stay clear. We're promised they'll be installed on this fourth date but what do you think?
Please contact us - we are forming a group of ripped off customers, suppliers, installers etc. There is more chance of getting money back as a Class Action against OnlineCarpet
I bought some great carpet at low prices. Joe in customer service gave me excellent advice and prompt service. I choose the supply only option and decided to install myself. I was very happy with Online Carpet for the friendly help received and for giving me professionl advice.
On the 21st of December 2013. I wanted to provide a short update that I was subsequently contacted by a person involved in the business who took an interest in learning how the company could improve from my experience. I later obtained a small refund as compensation for the incorrect installation in terms of what was specifically discussed with the salesperson. I've thus upgraded the rating to 2 stars to reflect the action taken. Provided that documented cutting plans are provided before any deposit is required, I may decide to use the company in the future - I am unsure at this stage.
