Honestly cannot recommend to anyone. Poor service, extremely overpriced (was charged way over the quoted price which ended up coming to half the price of the computer when it was new) and the issue was not even resolved! Rather than fix my computer on site, someone was sent to my home to come collect it so they could work on it at their premises rather than do it ONSITE (oh the irony). I suspect they do this just so they can escape customer supervision, mess around and milk you for every last hour of pay they can get. Was called at 11:00pm to ask if they could wipe my hard drive and just reset everything from scratch rather than bother to address and fix the problem. Absolutely abysmal experience and I very strongly advise others to avoid these guys unless you wish to be taken for a ride, have your money and time wasted and your patience tested to it's limits.

An excellent customer service, fast, honest and reliable. I would highly recommend OCS to people who look for the computer service and networking. I had an Internet connection problem to a laptop. I got in touch with OCS and asked them for help. They came straightway and fixed the problem. I was very satisfied with their service and for that reason I want them to thank.
