After searching on google, I came across their website. It was very professional looking with a price list and fixed pricing. I called the company told them him I required 2 seats steam cleaned, deodorized and sanitized on my couch and that their website said $40 for 2 seats. They confirmed the price and said they would be out that afternoon at 3pm. They arrived at 4pm, I was not home but my partner was. They came in and began to tell my partner they receives a lot of complaints and the job they did. My partner showed them the couch and left them to it. She went into the other living room, 2 minutes later they then says all done. She said to them ok that was quick. They then asks her for $70 payment, she questioned them saying why is it $70 instead of $40 to which they replied minimum charge.
