The worst site ever. So u reliable. I ordered an mik bag for 400$ on 22nd oct. and since then the status is order placed. The official themselves have no idea where and when it is going to be delivered.
Please i would recommend do not ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I am complelty disgusted with this company, no service, lies, money taken and not returned . You have to speak to people from overseas who are unable to speak or answer any questions. I am going to take them to fair trading to get them investagated. do not buy from these people

Never delivered...multiple excuses, bad service 4 months of delays.
No contact number to talk to a human. Be warned, keep a log of your communications yourself as they will try to delete the history of contact as they did for my enquiry #3607550 !

Thanks for responding however:
1) The parcel was not shipped with Australia post it was with TOLL and upon contacting them (enquiry number: 14221194) they said that the problem was with MySale and the consignment had never been shipped.
2) I have not received a refund - in fact I have just received a followup message. I quote:
" I kindly request for another 3-5 business days in order for us to get back to yourself with a response upon conclusion of the investigation. With regards, Renugapriya OO.com.au Member Relations"
For that reason I have issued you a "very poor" rating and warn others not to shop with you.

Hi Paul, I have checked on your corespondence to us and you were informed that the refund had already been processed in our administration system. I have checked the payment gateway and found that the funds have been processed to you on 12/04/2017. They should already be in your account. Can you please check and let me know.
Thanks for following up. I can confirm that I have now received a full refund. It's unfortuanate that it took the intervention from your social media/marketing team to rectify this situation based on a bad review but well done to your team for being proactive. I hope that you reveiw your internal customer service processess so that this type of situation is handled better in future. I'm afraid you lost not only this sale but a future customer.
