The worst service ever , I said when I did the booking only can after
3 pm and they call me that only can two hours early , The lady and techinician were very rude. I dont recomend this place at all .

Called for service call/ quote. Promised quote on arrival within 15 minutes. Took technician 1.5 hours to say they would prefer to take it back to workshop. Roughly $220 to be returned in 4 days. Accepted. Chasing up many times, still promised within next week, but price now $380 to include pickup and delivery and a hose that was broken by them in transit!! Was not informed prior of any delivery charges and now the promise that it will be ready by Xmas when we have 20 people over for lunch has just been broken again with excuse of supplier delays.Advice is to find an honest, ethical supplier who does not break promises.

Terrible service, paid for parts and labor, waited several months for a call to organize service time. Finally did some chasing and was told they tried to contact me several times and the parts they'd ordered had been used already. Went back through my call history, no trace of their number, not even a voice mail.

Just called them.. . Its xmas eve and they are sending a technician out this morning... excellent.. didnt think that would happen.. will write another review after they have been.

the technician was friendly and helpful and arrived on time. receptionist was also quite helpful and had someone out the next morning. i would use them again and would recommend them.
