OpenAgent

I contacted OpenAgent because they said they were a free service. When the agent I chose sold my house he told me If I contact agents directly I will get a better deal because OpenAgent charge the agent thousands of dollars in referral fees. I won't use OpenAgent in the future.

Well above expectations. Takes the hard work out of finding a good agent who has good house sales. The agent only just contacted me regarding the sale of my house!
I will be meeting with her in early November!

Was happy with the speed of reply's and responses.
They were excellent to talk to, gave me reassuring information regarding how to handle my situation. and above all, there was no hurry, no pushing, just plain information which was exactly what I wanted.

When I first being contacted by them to sell my property, they said we do research and will get back to you shortly with a result however we won't pass your information to any realtor without your consent . They did a research and introduced 2 agents with bad reviews to me and when I asked them to not to pass my details to them , they said we already gave them your contacts. I found it unprofessional and dishonest.
I also did a very quick search in their website and found much more better agents than the ones they introduced to me. So their research is useless as well.
So do not use them

I rely on OpenAgent to give me excellent, solid advice when buying property. They have never failed to amaze me at how they go the extra mile to give great service. Because of their help, I found my dream house to live for together with my family.
