I had to arrange transport of a rare non-running car from South Australia to Sydney mid-2016. I was overseas at the time, and did this whole thing from the distance so wanted a company with a reasonable reputation. Openica was not the cheapest, but seemed to have a better reputation than other providers - so I selected them.

I remained in contact with a lady at Openica named Nicole, who was very helpful and communicative whenever I emailed/called. Damaged my classic 1961 Holden. Then offered me $50 in "good faith" to repair it. Lost the car keys and paperwork with a sub contractor. Would never use them to ship another one if my cars ever again.

Was going on a holiday and Openica delivered my camper van to cairns for me - so i didn't have to drive it up with my screaming kids!! Steve at Melbourne made everything easy and smooth going. thanks

They are extremely unreliable and customer service is nowhere to be seen with one so called staff in the office being not only rude but argumentative. The trucks are constantly breaking down and they cut corners. Also a lot of the work is transported not by them but by another company in Tullamarine. How Openica Logistics is still in business is a huge surprise. I just wish I knew all this prior to transporting my caravan, I cannot recommend this company at all. Im surprised other caravan companies use them..... STEER CLEAR of this backyard logistics

Cannot say enough about Openica Logistics, extremely helpful, excellent customer service, everything explained to me clearly easy as, would highly recommend to anyone who wants to transport their vehichles. thank you Openica xoxoxox
