Adolescence and young adulthood is a time of great change in life circumstances, personality and relationships to others. It can be exciting and challenging and sometimes individuals need assistance to navigate through this developmental stage. At Openview we have expertise in working with adolescents and young adults. We provide assessment and intervention for adolescents and young adults who may experience anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, bullying and peer pressure, depression and low self-esteem. We can also assist with performance anxiety, perfectionism and study skills. Our clinicians have expertise in more complex issues requiring specialist intervention such as self-harming and suicidal behaviour.

Openview clinicians have specialist training in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of various disorders and issues in adults. We work with adults to help them gain understanding and relief from a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, individuals presenting with trauma related concerns, grief and loss, workplace stress, disordered eating and body image concerns. We can also assist with relationship difficulties, managing life changes and skills to enhance well-being. The goals of psychological assessment and therapy are unique for each client, and are developed by the client and therapist in collaboration.
