Quality of the food is excellent at this outlet. The only thing is the unavailability of the chicken almost every time I tried to buy chicken from them. Which is a bit disappointing as chicken is one of their main menu. They did tell me in advance but still.. the waiting time for the chicken was 35 minutes today. I just think that they should always have chicken ready as chicken is what they sell.

Currently the entertainment book has vouchers for this place. Had the double fillet chicken burger,despite its look it's filling and nice tasting but the mild chilli is what gives it that nice kick in flavour. I guess I can see why they are popping up everywhere still

The staff at Oporto, Westpoint Blacktown is not valuing the coupons that's been printed on the back of supermarket receipts. The reason given to me was that they have to see the whole of the receipt instead of the coupon. Furthermore, the staff members are very rude and treat customers as if they are a nuisance. If this continues, they are definitely going to lose customers.
