New to this franchise, and believe it started from Bondi, good job. However you need to train your staff in customer service, properly. My wrap was served cold and when asked to remake and this time hot, the management rolled eyes as if to say really, just eat it and get out attitude and then try to charge me again for it. Even though it tasted good, you have lost a customer and I will not be recommending to anyone.
