OPSM Doncaster

I agree with the previous review. Went to this OPSM and it served the worst customer service ever. The management was totally rude. Kept trying to sell upgrades and when I refused, they would give me that "look". I definitely will not come back to this store. It's almost disgusting to spend $200 plus for a glasses but received a very unfair treatment from the store you poured your $$ to. Totally not recommended!!!

I have been a customer of OPSM for many years and purchased Burberry sunglasses from OPSM Doncaster. Discovered some 18 months later a design fault meant the arms of the sunglasses were rubbing on the lenses & damaging them. The shop refused to do anything (warranty only lasts 12 months), even though they admitted a design fault. Continued complaining, sending messages, etc. and eventually spoke to a staff member who finally (weeks later) offered $100 off my next purchase. I agreed. Weeks passed and nothing was received in the mail. Out of frustration, I left a curt message on their answering machine. I have not heard from them since, neither have I received a voucher for $100 as promised. Chrissie
