The last few experiences here with the prescription sunglasses order was unpleasant. One particular customer service staff was obnoxious, very rude, unwilling to listen and cocky. You woud expect every staff to be friendly, helpful, admit their own mistakes instead of blaming customers, listen instead of keep talking over customers and cutting them off rudely. Fortunately, the issue was efficiently resolved by the assistant manager. Other than this particular individual, the other staff we had experience with are wonderful.

Prescription was wrong, prices were outrageous. Not a good experience

Really happy when i went here. Staff were as helpful as you could want, and I've even been back a few times just for small things like fixing bent frames, and they have been more than obliging. Aside from that, the range is huge, so you can't leave without finding the right glasses.

Very happy with both visits that I've had here with Dr. Dias. The first being after I had experienced some eye damage and needed medication. This was quite involved, but was made easier by clear instructions being included. The second visit was a follow up and general check, and was very comprehensive with not just sight as I had been used to at my previous optician. Only a small fee for one of these tests was not covered by medicare.

Loved the designs and the nice set up!! I think I will go back when I need new glasses. Best service and surprisingly good price.
