What an amazing service I had! I couldn’t recommend opsm Frankston enough. Such kind,understanding and very helpful staff. I lost my glasses just before going away over seas being last minute I couldnt have high hopes I would have them on time, general time taking up to 7 days to come in, I waited very few days and they came! Special thank you to Claire & Danielle for their professionalism, outstanding customer service and going above and beyond meeting customer needs. Would be so lost without my glasses, thanks for making this happen.
Supplied me with 3 faulty soft contact lenses worth $150 each, each time I asked them to look into why they were faulty they did NOTHING. The only thing they could offer me is another one for half price $75. I re-ordered one of these and it took them 1 month to get it in, every time I rang the girl said yes yes I've ordered it and then the next week she'd have nothing and re-order again to have nothing the next week. What a headache. They also made no effort to apologise and to fix the problem. Out of 10 they get 0
To make matters worse 2 lenses split for no reason on one day - they could only offer to re-order one - which meant I'd have to drive around in my reading glasses, which is unsafe. They were not willing to help me out whatsoever with some disposables.
That afternoon I went to their competitor for an eye test and they kindly gave me a pair of disposables. This company just puts OPSM to shame. NEVER AGAIN.
