Avoid at all costs. The staff and store manager are rude and obnoxious, bordering on offensive. Their optometrist did a very poor job on my wifes contact script, changing the prescription despite her eyes being stable for years. Upon changing the new script, she began to experience headaches when reading or looking at a computer screen. She contacted OPSM Gungahlin to request that she be allowed to order her previous old script because her eyes are actually very stable and there was never a need to change in the first place. The person she spoke to agreed to make arrangements for new contacts to be sent in, according to her previous, correct script. Subsequently, on several occasions, she spoke to people at the store about getting correct contacts and they were nothing but rude.
