Do not waste your time here.
I made an appointment for 9am for a specific eye test.
The appointment was made a week in advance.
The staff could see me sitting outside the shop for 15 minutes, waiting for them to open at 9am.
At 8.57am, a staff member called to say we won’t be able to do that specific test today because we haven’t booked enough time and asked me to reschedule.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

You are treated like a number rather than a loyal customer, but the products are good, services efficient, and lots of specials including two for one on frames. They do know their stuff.
