hi had our home valued 2 weeks ago just received the valuation from the bank and it was $70,000 less then what was valued 2 years ago also had another vakuation done by another local valuation company last week and there came in at $800 opposed to the valuation opteon gave us which came in at $730 huge difference n the process i have also had 2 realestate look at our home and both came in at $850 once again you guys have undervalued our house even our bank have questioned the difference very very unhappy customer i will make sure in the future to request to use the other local company
