This store can be described as being located within the North Sydney Train station concourse, just visible roadside on Miller Street. The store is very close to where I work so it seemed sensible to deal with them as opposed to any other Optus stores. As a result, I have visited this store many times from which I can provide a candid review of its service. The shop seems to be very busy so theres a lot of in and out and the staff seem to be generally overwhelmed by the number of clients they have to deal with. That being said, when they are less busy the staff still seem overwhelmed either that or they are really slow so you will find yourself waiting longer than you anticipated. In regards to the product range- there isnt much to say as its a typical Optus shop good range as can be expected.
