Optus World

Just signed up to a new iphone 7 plus...I picked a rose pink one unfortunately unlike my old iphone 5 the colour shows through by the camera on all the phone cases which restricts the ones you can use. Took it back to the shop the same day to change the colour of the phone to a plain silver or white and was told that was not possible as the phone had already been taken out of its packaging. However the lady who sold me the phone was the one who insisted on opening the packaging and switching it on so taking away my right to change it!! How does that work? She also kept emphasising my cooling off period during the sales patter but when I asked to change it she said the cooling off period was only in relation to the insurance that she had been trying to push on me which I didn't want and didn't buy...... when I asked to speak to the Manager she said I had to talk to Optus.com. Worse Optus store. Staff are useless. Ootus needs to take a good look at this store

I spoke to a staff member here in preparation for buying a phone from optus and transferring a phone number from another provider to Optus. He was incredibly helpful and informative and in fact knew more about how to release the phone number from Telstra than any of the Telstra over the phone team.
