Simply lacked product knowledge and the service was slow. They sold me the wrong charger for my phone, but didn't have the proper one. The lady serving me couldn't do a refund and the only one who could was in the middle of an argument with another customer. I had to go back later and then still had to wait

The serice is excellant and the staff know phones well asweel the optus plan avaiable.
