I am in IT and telco for 30+ years and my experience with personal telco services was always mixed. Guess what - I am with Optus for everything now, including home wireless (new modem they provide now with 500G data gives me 10up/10down every day!) But importantly, their customer service in Optus shops is fantastic (I recommend Westfield Southland shopping centre). They did for me today nearly impossible change in just few minutes.
Have a look on their NEW international roamind data option (costs close to nothing and I do not need to swap sims any longer when going to Europe). Great job Optus!!! Thank you!
