Yes. After waiting almost 45 minutes in a relatively short que for service in this store, I was very disappointed in the way these guys dealt with my phone issues telling me nothing is wrong when it clearly is. Once my 2 year deal is up - adios amigos

My advice to you is if your phone parts fall off within 3 months of purchase don't expect any assistance from these people!! They are rude, unhelpful and could care less once they have your money. The charging socket for my Sony Erricsson came off the phone within 3 months of purchase but apparently that's not covered under any warrenty (it's apparently physical damage??) with Optus and I have to chase Sony Erricsson for help. No we don't have a loan phone unless you want to pay us $100 and in fact the only assistance we can give you is to advise buying a prepaid phone to put your sim card in!! Not from you fellas!! Good luck staying in business.
