Optus World

I've been infuriated for the past months on Liverpool Optus and It is absolutly horrible. The internet connection is terrible when gaming and you'll be left lagging all over the place with this horrible network. All day and night, you'll experience times where the internet just drops for no reason. I've had a time where all night I was just angry and frustrated with the network, it was just horrible. If you are looking to go on a plan/broadband network with this company in Liverpool, I advise you to stay away and go hook up with Telstra.

The customer service at this store is amazing. Every staff member is more than happy to help, which is more than what I can say about Optus's customer call services. The only problem is that there might be a wait, as the reps are thorough and highly sort after.

Phone calls are not answered and a recorded msg tells you that will be put through to an operator that never answers anyway. I wouldn't bother.
