Optus World

I recently dealth with optus in Narellan town centre over a phone needing repair under warranty. They were my third choice because they were the furthest away. I first went to Macarthur - they didnt want to know about it and told me to phone the 1300 number which i did only to be told to take the phone back to macarthur, then i went to Campbelltown store - basically the same thing happened as the first time, then i took it to Narellan town centre - they called optus themselves and organised everything for me, it was effortless. To deal with the call centre, campbelltown and macarthur took one and a half days of pure stress, dealing with Narellan took about 5 minutes. i never though I would ever review a phone shop but these guys are customer focused which is something that is difficult to get in the western suburbs thus deserving of some word of mouth.
