Optus World

Ok. Hamish great work served three customers whilst Max served two and the young lady served one person. Unfortunately I feel that the staff here have not being trained to greet customers, be aware of new customers, nor adhere to customer demands in a timely manner.
This review is helpful if staff and management implement some new training techniques to help create a better atmosphere. Optus lost three customers today, and sometimes it's as simple as a greet or acknowledgement. Again. Hamish deserves five stars unfortunately his team let him down today.

I had spoken to 4 other phone shops and 2 phone customer service personnel over the past week trying to work out if I would be better off on another plan. I had been with another service for years and although not unhappy with their service during that time I need to upgrade my plan and despite being given written evidence of their plans available I kept being told to talk to customer service and they told me it was not available. I tried to work through local staff and found them unhelpful in their store, but Stephen from the Optus Strathpine store was able to provide clear advice and thus I ended my service and switched to Optus. People do make a difference in business.
