Optus World

Do not use optus for your telephone and internet needs. In our dealings with optus we have not received anything but the poorest service, despite being a business customer and having been with the same carrier for years. Despite numerous complaints they will simply reject us as a customer after many years of business rather than resolve the issue. They don't even return telephone calls when they promise to do so. Save yourself years of frustration and opt for another carrier. Optus is by far the most incompetent business that I have dealt with in many years.
