Optus

Customer experience was appalling from female staff member, offerred little to no help and said just go on line to do it.

I took my phone in for a repair , told 5, max 10 working days as on was on a business plan.Called on the 6 day and said it was in the repair shop.Called again after 12 days , phone missing !Called again and found phone after 2 days ...! Then called me an hour later asking " what was the repairs to be done ...!"

15 days later called , where is phone it had to sent to HTC to be repaid.

Called HTC they said we "don't do repairs " as all our repairs are done at authorised repair centre locally.

Called Optus and they are following it up ...and still no phone .

NEVER going to that OPTUS EVER :-(
