Also would like to see zero stars... purcahsed a note 8 in middle october whilst samsung australia was advertising a free screen replacment if register by novemer 14th.... i was not told about this atal when discussing options in event of damage.. they just tried to push insurance on me... its now nov 18th and i have missed out on new screen by 3 days. Purely disgusting that they can represent a brand like samsung and not be aware of such a thing and to not inform customer of this... more focused on making a commision than genuinly helping.

Most incompetant store I have ever had to have dealings with in my life.
Took my phone in to be repaired because I have insurance with Optus, Phone sat in the store for over a month, they did nothing with it.
They lied to me everytime I called and then I was made to pay $250 for an upgrade (which the advisor kindly added to my bill) that will be refunded to me at a later dat - 3 months.
Same service I received too except I wasn't charged 250 I called customer support went through them and I did not accept any fees for new contract and phone. I don't know what's going on but I've heard many series about having to wait months for a phone to be sent away from other stores! They have their head In the clouds I think!
