nice and big comfy shop layout. Personnel are great, friendly, and very helpful indeed. However, there is always a long line of queue there which makes waiting forever, otherwise it is a great place to shop for mobile/landline/internet.

customer service is alright at this store but they have great products though. i recently bought a charger for my phone and not much stores had my charger.

the customer service at this store is poor. A particular staff at this store was quite rude to me. They spoke in a rude tone and didn't say hello. I was buying a sim card and just wanted to know what features each prepaid plan had. They said they didn't know much. poor service
