They are cheap but it shows in the service. I just called through to dsicuss upgrading my iphone and because they didnt have it in stock, they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. One word answers to Qs and then transferred through to another dept without a word in response to another Q. Very rude and unprofessional.

From my experience, the staff here are well trained and the shop layout is quite impressive. Don't forget to check out the downstairs section as well.
