Optus

I received very friendly and helpful customer service from this Optus branch (opposite Coles). I got myself an iphone & 24 mths plan and the guy serving me explained everything and was very nice to deal with. I was very happy with customer service also after I got my plan, I received a phone call from them asking if everything is ok and if I am happy with the product/service.

Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. The woman who served me was great. Nothing was a hassle and she was friendly and helpful. No hesitations about buying a phone from here.
